SOME OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Strong attempt to save all accounts that request to close
• Sense of urgency to save and/or maintain merchant relationships
• Work to ensure 100% visibility to management of Retention efforts and any issues
• Run various reports for Retention and upper management
• Perform light level rate reviews as needed to save an account
• Document issues accurately in established databases
• Liaise with other departments to identify issues, solve problems or share communication
• Continuously seek to improve Retention initiatives within the company
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years in Retention (Binary/Forex)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Merchant services support experience
• Call Center Experience
• Experience with retention
